Analysis, Documentation & Reporting

  • Monthly reports on bookings, occupancy & revenue

  • Preparation of monthly local tourism tax reports (upon request)
  • Forwarding of completed tourism tax documents to the partner for submission (upon request)

Booking & Channel Management

  • Management and monitoring of all bookings across all utilized booking platforms
  • Channel management for the synchronization of availability, bookings, and stay dates
  • Maintenance and control of booking calendars
  • Coordination of arrivals and departures in alignment with check-in / check-out processes

Guest Communication

  • Ongoing communication with guests before, during, and after their stay
  • Responding to inquiries, booking questions, and organizational matters
  • Coordination of special requests whenever possible
  • Assistance with general guest inquiries

Check-in & Check-out Service (Digital)

  • Organization and management of the digital check-in and check-out process
  • Delivery of check-in information, house rules, and relevant access credentials
  • Coordination of arrival and departure times with housekeeping and maintenance

Organization & Management of Linens

  • Organization and coordination of linen provision
  • Coordination of changing and delivery intervals
  • Communication with external service providers (as agreed with the partner)

Maintenance & Repairs

  • Coordination of facility management issues and repairs
  • Forwarding of damage reports and technical problems
